Like many learning and development consultants in Australia, I facilitate a mix of my own programs and those designed by my clients and larger training providers. In all cases my facilitation approach is simple:

I am committed to finding ways to make course content shine and resonate with the learner. I also consider how each individual group, and each individual learner, needs to experience it.

I’ve spent roughly 3500 days in front of a wide diversity of groups, training, teaching, facilitating, coaching, motivating and inspiring.

I am a Melbourne-based facilitator but have laptop (and an AV cord), will travel!
